Come to my office during regular business hours and notarizations are $5. After hours and weekends, $10 per notarization.
Mobile notary services to a home or business begin at $25; this fee include up to 5 miles travel, one way, plus one notarization. Additional mileage is $2.00 per mile and additional notarizations are $5 each.'

Loan signing services: I have been a full-time loan signing agent since 2003. I can go to the client's home or business or to a neutral location; if your client prefers, the loan signing can take place in my office. I accept edocs and I am bonded & insured. I am e-sign capable with laptop and wireless card.
All services are by appointment only. Please do not just show up at my office.
Apostille processing is available. Please call for details. Also, I do have an notary embosser seal, if your document requires an embossed notary stamp. (Kansas notarizations only).
